Keystone Development begins subsequent part The District leisure house in Chesterfield

Keystone Development Co. kicked off building of The Hub, a brand new $4 million outside leisure house that can be on the coronary heart of The District in Chesterfield.

Slated for completion by spring, The Hub is the second part of The District, an leisure vacation spot positioned off of Interstate 64.

The District will function stay music, retail, eating and different points of interest in a single walkable location. Inside The District, The Hub will embody an outside house with a pavilion and stage for performances, encircled by eating places with patios, a brewery, social corridor and beer backyard.

The developer is The Staenberg Group. The architects are HDA Architects and O’Toole Design Associates.

Keystone beforehand constructed two different locations inside The District.
